Sirius Black magic wand

The story of "Sirius Black magic wand"
It can be assumed that Sirius Black bought his first wand from Mr Ollivander shortly before he started school at Hogwarts.
Unlike almost all of his family members, Sirius was not assigned to Slytherin House at Hogwarts, but to Gryffindor House. As he grew further and further away from his family, he became friends with James Potter, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew, who soon began to refer to themselves as "The Drifters".
As Lupin was a werewolf, the group decided that they wanted to become animagi, i.e. wizards who wanted to transform into animals, so that they could keep Lupin in check when he transformed. While Peter Pettigrew only managed to become a rat, James turned into a stag and Sirius into a large, black dog, demonstrating their talents early on. The group also showed great skill in creating the map of the prowlers, which Professor Snape was unable to decipher even decades later.
As a teenager, Sirius did many things that he was not particularly proud of later on. Out of dislike or sometimes just out of boredom, he and James Potter teased his fellow pupils in some nasty ways. Snape was a frequent victim of their pranks, but he also made an unknown boy's head grow to twice its size, for example.
After his time at Hogwarts, Sirius joined the fight against Voldemort, for which he later joined the Order of the Phoenix. Shortly afterwards, he and James Potter had a small chase with the police. During this, the two were attacked by three men on brooms. The two of them levitated the police car so that the men flew into it, whereupon they were able to escape.

The fight against Voldemort put Sirius under a lot of stress and he had problems trusting his old friends. For example, he thought Remus Lupin was a spy for Voldemort. On the other hand, he had complete faith in Peter Pettigrew, which he was to regret for the rest of his life. It was Sirius' idea to use Peter Pettigrew as a secret keeper for the Potters' location.
When Sirius learnt of the Potters' deaths, he tracked Pettigrew down to confront him. But before Sirius could draw his wand, Pettigrew blew up the entire street, killing twelve Muggles, before cutting off his own finger, turning himself into a rat and disappearing to blame Sirius for the crime.
Sirius was immediately sent to Azkaban, where his wand was also taken from him. After many years in Azkaban, Sirius became the first person to escape from there by transforming himself into a dog.
It is not known what happened to his wand. As he was able to convince the Order of the Phoenix of his innocence, he was readmitted there. As some members of the Order worked in the Ministry, it is possible that this is how he regained his old wand, but it is also possible that he obtained a new one.
Sirius put his wand skills to the test one last time during the battle in the Department of Mysteries. Together with a few other members of the Order, he rushed to the aid of Harry and his friends, who had been lured into a trap by Voldemort's Death Eaters. Although they managed to rescue the students, Sirius was killed by his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange, breaking his wand in the process.
The staff of the Elbenwald shop
An authentic and originally licensed replica of the magic wand is available from Elbenwald. The wand comes in a velvet-lined gift box, which is based on the wand boxes from the films, including a certificate of authenticity.
Unlike in the films, where the wand is light brown, the version available from Elbenwald is dark grey. It is made of 100% cold cast, a special plastic, and is 39cm long.
