Newt Scamander magic wand

Newt Scamander probably bought his wand shortly before he started school at Hogwarts in 1908. It was made from lime and oak wood, and bones and shells were also used in it. Oak wands are very attached to their owners and should not be passed on or given away, as they then lose their strength.
Wizards with an oak wand are often very stubborn and are not easily dissuaded from their plans, but they are never arrogant. The bones and shells, on the other hand, are said to be an expression of Newt's connection to nature. In addition, Newt's wand was 14 inches long, which may indicate a great personality.
The story of "Newt Scamander magic wand"
At Hogwarts, Newt was sorted into Hufflepuff, but quickly befriended Slytherin student Leta Lestrange, who shared his interest in magical creatures. While he clashed with some teachers, he was praised early on by his Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, Albus Dumbledore, for mastering the Riddikulus spell.
Even when he took the blame after Leta endangered the life of another student, Dumbledore stood up for him. Nevertheless, he was expelled from the school. Unlike Rubeus Hagrid, for example, he was allowed to keep his wand.
After his time at Hogwarts, Newt took up a position at the Ministry of Magic, where he once again worked with magical creatures. However, when he was commissioned to write his book, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, in 1918, he accepted without hesitation.
He travelled all over the world to investigate. Among other things, he met a woman in Sudan who was afflicted with an obscurus. Although she died, he was able to catch the obscurus. However, it was several years before the book was published - it only appeared in 1927.

Until then, Newt had mainly used his wand to track down and capture magical creatures. In 1926, however, Dumbledore sent him to New York to track down another Obscurus. There he also managed to unmask Percival Graves as Gellert Grindelwald with the spell Revelio.
Newt also uses his wand to cast a love spell, uncover magical traces and, as usual, capture magical creatures. When Grindelwald conjured up a huge fire that threatened to burn down the whole of Paris, Newt, together with his brother Theseus Scamander, Nicolas Flamel, Tina Goldstein and Yusuf Kama, managed to contain and finally stop it.
In his later life, Newt Scamander continued to work with and for magical creatures. He was responsible for the founding of the werewolf register and the ban on experimental breeding. In 1979, he was honoured with the Order of Merlin Second Class for his services to magical creatures.
The staff of the Elbenwald shop
An authentic and originally licensed replica of the magic wand is available from Elbenwald. The wand comes in a gift box lined with the finest velvet, which is based on the wand boxes from the films, including a certificate of authenticity.
It is made of 100% cold cast, a special plastic. It is also 35.5 cm long, which corresponds almost exactly to the 14 inch wand from Fantastic Beasts.
